How do I download my purchase?
Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your download links. Your files are also always available in My Account > Downloads. Just sign in with the email you used to buy.
I didn't get the download email. What should I do?
First check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it isn't there, sign in to My Account > Downloads to download your files directly. Still stuck? Email support@ohmyicons.com with your order number and we'll help you right away.
I bought from OHMYicons years ago. Can I still download my files?
Yes. Your account and past purchases moved with us to the new store. Sign in with the same email address. If you don't remember your password, use Lost your password? to set a new one, then go to Downloads.
What is IconPackager and do I need it?
IconPackager is an app by Stardock that applies a complete icon theme to Windows in one click. Products labeled "IP" or "IconPackager theme" need it. Stardock sells it separately and offers a free trial. Our icon packs in ICO format don't need IconPackager: you can change icons one by one from the folder's Properties > Customize > Change Icon.
Will it work on my version of Windows?
Each product page lists its requirements. Products made for Windows 11 say so in the title. Our Windows 10 themes are designed for Windows 10. Windows 11 draws folders differently, so we are creating Windows 11 folder sets for our most popular themes. If you're not sure, email us at support@ohmyicons.com before buying and we'll tell you.
How do I install icons on a Mac?
Our Mac products include .icns files and a PDF installation guide. In short: select a folder or app in Finder, press Cmd + I (Get Info), and drag the .icns file onto the small icon at the top-left of the Info window. Done.
Can I use the icons for commercial projects?
Our products are licensed for personal use on your own computers. For commercial use (apps, websites, products or company-wide installs), email support@ohmyicons.com and we'll prepare a license for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards and PayPal. You can also pay with a card through PayPal without having a PayPal account. Prices are in US dollars, and payments are processed securely: we never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital downloads, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If a file is damaged, doesn't download, or isn't as described, we'll fix it or give you a full refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
Do you make custom icons, wallpapers or screensavers?
Yes. We design custom icon sets, logo wallpapers and screensavers for businesses and individuals. Tell us about your project at support@ohmyicons.com.
Do I need an account to buy?
You can create your account during checkout. It takes a few seconds and lets you download your files again at any time.
