Digital Products, Downloads and Refunds
All OHMYicons products (icon packs, themes, wallpapers, cursors and bundles) are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. After your payment is confirmed you receive a download link by email, and your files are also available at any time under My Account > Downloads.
Refunds. Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will gladly issue a full refund, within 14 days of purchase, if:
- the file is damaged or will not download, and we cannot fix it or send you a working copy;
- the product is materially different from its description on the Site; or
- you were charged twice for the same order by mistake.
To request help or a refund, email support@ohmyicons.com with your order number. A real person answers, usually within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card or PayPal) and the related download access is removed.
Download access and retired products. We keep your purchases available for download in your account. From time to time we may retire older products from the Site. If a product you purchased is going to be retired, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days in advance so you can download and back up your files. After that date the product may no longer be available for download. Please keep a copy of the files you buy.
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. By completing your purchase you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available to you. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
